As per the latest update The Central Board of Secondary Education publishes hall tickets for Class x either on January 18 or 19, 2020. Students who have registered from the CBSE Board Examination 2020 through their respective schools, for them the admit cards will be made available through their schools only.

Only Schools can download the CBSE Board 2020 admit card through affiliation number and password. The CBSE admit card for private candidates will be released shortly. Private candidates can download the CBSE admit card 2020 by entering their application number, previous year’s roll number or candidate’s name. Regular students can collect the hard copy of CBSE hall ticket from their respective schools.

Last year, the online CBSE Board 10th & 12th admit cards for private candidates were issued on January 19. However, regular students can collect their CBSE admit card 2020 for class 10 from here. Students should note that they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the CBSE hall ticket 2020. CBSE 12th 10th exams 2020 will be conducted from February 15, 2020.
However, the private candidates who have registered for CBSE Board Exam 2020 on their own will have to download admit cards/hall tickets directly from the website — cbse.nic.in. They can get their CBSE hall ticket 2020 as soon as the board releases the admit cards. For this, they will have to visit the official website.

Steps to Download CBSE 10th Admit Card 2020 – Private Candidates

1. Visit official website of CBSE at cbse.nic.in
2. Click on the link “Click here for CBSE Website”
3. Later, click on the link of the admit card available on this page.
4. Here private students need to select their region first and choose the option of application number or previous roll number or year or name of the student.
5. After choosing any of the desired option click on the proceed button.
6. Now, your admit card appears on your screen.
7. Check the details mentioned on your admit card carefully and download it.

Steps to Download CBSE 10th Admit Card 2020 – Regular Candidates

1. For the regular candidates CBSE releases the admit card at the school login.
2. In order to collect the admit card students need to contact their respective school authority.
3. School principals are provided with a unique Id and password to download the admit card online.
4. After the successful collection of the admit card check all the details mentioned on your admit card.
5. In case of any discrepancy on your admit card contact your respective school heads immediately.
6. On the day of examination do not forget to carry your admit card.

75% Attendance Mandatory

The CBSE has informed the schools affiliated to the board to only provide admit cards to the students who have 75 per cent attendance. Earlier this month, CBSE had directed the schools to calculate the attendance. Those who had lower attendance were asked to provide supporting documents by January 8 in order to appear for the upcoming examination. Meanwhile, CBSE has advised the students to remain in touch with the administartion and principal to get the admit card.
