Director General of Police M Mahender Reddy on Saturday said that people who got stranded in Telangana due to the lockdown and want to leave for their homes in other States can apply for e-Pass by submitting required information at https://tsp.koopid.ai/epass. After due verification, the pass e-Pass will be sent to the applicant who can then move ahead.

- 1st Step: Visit official website of Telangana Police at www.tspolice.gov.in from any web browser.

- 3rd Step: On above step new page opens as shown below. Enter your mobile number in 2 fields and click on “Validate Mobile Number” button.
పైన క్లిక్ చేసిన తరువాత కింద చూపించిన విధంగా కొత్త పేజి ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. అందులో మీ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేసి “Validate Mobile Number” బటన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి.
- 04th Step (Removed Continue to 5th step): On entering your mobile number you will receive 4 digit OTP to entered number. Enter OTP received in the box as shown below and click on “Validate OTP“. (OTP may take 5-10mins to receive). Even after If you don’t get OTP click on “Resend OTP“
ఈ స్టెప్ తొలగించడం అయినది. తరువాతి 5వ స్టెప్ నుండి ఫాలో అవగలరు. మీరు మీ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేసిన తరువాత మీ మొబైల్ కి OTP 4 అంకెల OPT వస్తుంది. OTP ఎంటర్ చేసిన తరువాత “Validate OTP” ఆప్షన్ పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి.
- 05th Step: After validating Mobile Number Covid-19 ePass Main Application opens where you have to enter all your details. Sample application image is shown below.
మొబైల్ నెంబర్ వాలిడేట్ చేసిన తరువాత కింద చూపిన విధంగా మీకు కవిడ్-19 ఈపాస్ దరఖాస్తు ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.
- 6th Step: After you have to fill some necessary details like Name of the Application, Age, Police District, City, Any Govt ID proof like Aadhar Number, Driving Licence, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Government Issued ID Card or Student ID card.
ఈ అప్లికేషను లో మీరు మీ వ్యక్తి గత సమాచారం, మీ పేరు, వయస్సు, పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ జిల్లా, ఏదయినా ప్రభుత్వ ఐడి కార్డు ప్రూఫ్ నెంబర్ (ఆధర్, డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్, వోటర్ ఐడీ, పాన్ కార్డు, పాస్ పోర్ట్, స్టూడెంట్ ఐడీ) సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకొని ID నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయండి..
- 7th Step: After entering ID Number, enter H.NO in current address field, Date of Travel, To which state and district you want to travel, and also Via Route of your travel.
ఆ తరువాత మీ ప్రస్తుత చిరునామా, ఏ రాష్ట్రానికి వెళ్తున్నారు, జిల్లా, ఎంత మంది వెళ్తున్నారు, వెళ్ళే రూట్ ఎంటర్ చేయండి.
- 8th Step: After completing address details and route, Select vehicle type in which you want to travel (Train, Bus or 4 Wheeler). If you select 4 wheeler, in next field enter Vehicle Number. Next select number of passengers below it.
మీ చిరునామా, రూట్ వివరాలు ఎంటర్ చేసిన తరువాత మీ ఏ వాహనం లో వెళ్తారో (Train, Bus or 4 Wheeler) సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోండి. ఒక వేల మీరు 4 వీలర్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుంటే ఆ కిందనే ఉన్న బాక్స్ లో మీ వెహికల్ నెంబర్ ని ఎంటర్ చేయండి. అలాగే దాని కింద ఉన్న Dependents బాక్స్ లో మీరు మొత్తం ఎంత మంది ప్రయనిస్తున్నారో ఎంటర్ చేయండి.
- 9th Step: In this next step Select Category of Travel and Upload your Passport size photo. For For faster approval, please upload supporting document like Aadhar, Voter ID, Student ID or any other.
ప్రయాణ వర్గం లో మీరు మీ ఏ వర్గం కి చెందుతారో సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోండి. తరువాత మీ పాస్ పోర్ట్ సైజు ఫోటో ని అప్లోడ్ చేయండి. మీ ఈపాస్ వేగవంతమైన ఆమోదం కోసం, సహాయ పత్రాలను (Aadhar, Voter ID, Student ID) లాంటివి కూడా అప్లోడ్ చేయండి.
- 10th Step: After checking complete details entered by you, finally click on “Submit” button. Now a Unique Request ID generates.
అక్కడ మీరు అన్ని అడిగిన వివరాలు ఇచ్చిన తరువాత సబ్మిట్ చేసిన వెంటనే మీకు ఒక “Request ID” జెనరేట్ అవుతుంది.
- At last your Lockdown ePass will generates as shown here. It consists of Your submitted details, Photo and bar code.
ఆ తరువాత కింద చూపిన విధంగా మీకు లాక్ డౌన్ ఈపాస్ వస్తుంది. అందులో మీ మీరు నింపిన సమాచారం తో పాటు “Reference ID”, బార్ కోడ్ ఉంటుంది.
What is TSP Koopid Lockdown ePass?
Many people don’t know What is tsp.koopid.ai/epass? (or) Lockdown e-Pass?
This is a permission letter or approval letter from state Government of Telangana for all the migrant workers, students and others who strucked in the state due to COVID 19. Such candidates can apply for this Lockdown e-Pass and after getting approval, they can travel to their home towns or destinations with the help of this TSP Koopid Lockdown e-Pass.

In a press note on its website tsp.koopid.ak/epass, the TS Police said that the site is facing technical difficulties due to the large number of people wanting to register and generate interstate movement travel ePass for returning home. Due to this, the online registration will now be done in slots.
The slot timings for May 3rd were 3 pm to 3:30 pm and 04:30 pm to 5 pm.
The slot booking for Telangana migrant registration travel ePass will open in couple of hours and will be updated at tsp.koopid.ai/epass. You can see the TS Police epass slot booking time at direct link given below.
More than 7000 applications have been approved to travel to other states and around 10,000 are in waiting list.
Who started this TS Corona Lockdown ePass Service?
