TS EDCET Rank Card released on October 28, 2020 for entrance conducted on 01st & 03rd October in Telangana. After the announcement of B.Ed entrance result, the candidates can view or check the marks sheet name wise also. Steps involved in checking and downloading result are provided below. The students have to ready with their hall ticket number, registration number and date of birth to check their Ed.CET results.

Earlier, the preliminary answer key was released and candidates were allowed to submit objections to the same until 11th October, 2020. The entrance examination was conducted on 01st & 03rd October in online mode as a Computer Based Test. All those such participants can now get his/her rank card using steps explained below.

Steps to Search TS Ed.CET Result and Rank Card.

  1. Visit official website of Telangana B.Ed entrance exam at edcet.tsche.ac.in
  2. On the homepage “View Results” link appears.
  3. Click on the above said link.
  4. Enter Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth
  5. After entering above said details click on “View Rank Card” button
  6. Finally your Results will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Download Save and take a print out for further use.

TS EDCET Qualifying Marks 2020

The minimum qualifying marks in the entrance test for all the candidates (except SC/ ST) shall be 25% of the aggregate marks (i.e, rounded off to 38 marks). However, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for the candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for ranking. However, the candidates belonging to SC/ST communities shall secure the minimum qualifying marks of 25% marks (i.e. rounded off to 38 marks) in Ed.CET to claim a seat under NCC/Sports and Games/Physically Handicapped/Children of Armed Personnel quota.

TS Ed.CET Ranking Procedure

Candidates will be ranked in each methodology in the order of merit on the basis of marks obtained in TS Ed.CET through online examination. Where there is a tie in total marks, Part-C marks will be taken into account to decide relative ranking. In case of further tie, the marks obtained in Part-A will be taken in to account to decide relative ranking.

In case of candidates getting equal marks in each of the parts of the test paper, they shall be bracketed for the purpose of a ward of rank. At the time of admission in to the course, age shall be taken into consideration for relative ranking among the bracketed candidates and the older candidates shall be given priority.

The rank obtained in TS Ed.CET is valid for entry into B.Ed course for the current academic year only.

Note: Request for re-totaling or revaluation or personal identification of scripts will not be entertained.

TS EDCET 2019 Result Analysis

In 2019 total 43,113 candidates appeared for exam conducted on 31st May, 2019. TSCHE Chairman Thummala Papi Reddy released results on 19th June, 2019.
