BSEM HSLC Routine 2020: Board of Secondary Education of Manipur (BSEM) releases High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) dates at official website bsem.nic.in. Manipur Board will conduct the 10th Class final exams during February/ March once in a year. This year also, the BSEM decided to carry out the exam and updated the BSEM Manipur HSLC Exam Routine 2020.

About Manipur Board
The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur was established by an Act of Manipur Legislative Assembly in 1972. By the amendment of the Act in 2004, besides the academic activities, the prescription of conditions for granting recognition of standard I and VIII was also entrusted to the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur
