IIT Delhi announced GATE 2020 results on 13th March and rank cards are available to download from official website gate.iitd.ac.in. Also GATE subjet wise cutoff marks, toppers, final answer key papers of all branches available now. As per official schedule, GATE 2020 result was to be declared on March 16. It is however declared 03 days in advance.
IIT Delhi announced GATE 2020 Result
The results of GATE 2020 announced on March 13, 2020. The candidates can check the results through the website- gate.iitd.ac.in. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi officially released Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2020), results, rank card, score card, cutoff marks on the GOAPS portal. The score card / rank card of GATE 2020 is valid for a term of three years from the date of announcement of the result.

IIT Delhi GATE Result 2020 Analysis
Out of 8,59,048 registered candidates through out India, total 6,84,903 (79.73 per cent) candidates appeared in eight sessions at 566 centres across 199 cities for GATE 2020. GATE 2020 was also held for the first time in Srinagar, Kashmir as exam centre.
GATE Preliminary and Final Keys 2020
IIT Delhi has released the final answer key, question paper and response sheet of candidates on its official website at gate.iitd.ac.in. The preliminary answer key for GATE 2020 was released on February 12 and now on 13th March the final answer key has been released.
IIT Delhi GATE 2020 Score Cards
The scorecards are uploaded at GOAPS. The qualified candidates can download them from March 16 onwards. The GATE 2020 scorecard will be available till May 31, 2020. After that, it can be obtained as a soft copy until December 31 by paying Rs 500.

- 1st Step: Candidates who appeared for the exam need to visit the official website of GOAPS at gate.iitd.ac.in.
- 2nd Step :On visiting the home page, the candidates need to click on ‘GATE 2020 Result’ link.
- 3rd Step: Next clicking on the link, a new page will appear on the screen.
- 4th Step: Now, the candidates are advised to enter the registration number and password.
- 5th Step: After successfully entering the registration number, one can get access to their results.
- 6th Step: One needs to save and download the GATE 2020 results and take a hard copy or print out of the same for any future reference.

IITD GATE (M.Tech) 2020 Entrance Exam
The GATE 2020 exam was conducted in two sessions- Forenoon Session and Afternoon Session. The forenoon session was from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM while the afternoon session was from 2:30 PM to 05:30 PM. The examination was held for 25 papers or subjects. The mode of the GATE 2020 examination held in February 2020 was online. All the papers in the entrance test were consist of 65 questions for a total of 100 marks.
