AP SSC Supplementary Revaluation and Recounting form available at official website bie.ap.gov.in from June 24, 2023. Candidates can fill application form by entering their hall ticket number, date of birth and mobile number. BSE AP announced supplementary exam result on June 23, 2023. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can submit appropriate application of you choice like re-evaluation or recounting of total marks.
AP 10th Supply RV/RC Fee 2023
The candidates who wish to apply for AP 10th Supplementary “Recounting” of their Answer Scripts shall remit an amount of ₹500/- Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before last date.
The candidates who wish to apply for AP 10th Supplementary “Reverification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts” shall remit an amount of ₹1000/- Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before last date.
Procedure to pay through e-Payment / Payment in SBI through Challan Reference Form
- Visit website: https://cfms.ap.gov.in
- Go to Citizen Services and click on Receipts Links and then click on Citizen Challan
- Select Department as ESE03 – Government Examinations Department.
- Select Service as 1049 (Reverification and issue of Xerox copy of Valued Answer Script to SSC candidates)
- The DDO code will automatically be displayed as “27000303001”.
- Click on Submit
- Fill the Details of Purpose, Remitter Name, Remitter ID, Address, Mobile No., E-Mail ID, Amount in Rs ., etc.
- Select any one of the option Manual Payment/ e-Payment

There are 2 payment modes: 1. e-Payment and 2. Manual Payment. Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances. Applications sending by post/courier service will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Option 1: ePayment
- If e-Payment is selected then click on submit
- Select any one of the payment gateway option SBI/ PayU Money
- Choose appropriate payment option i.e. Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net banking.
- Pay the amount and take the printout of the Acknowledgement.
Option 2: Manual Payment
- If Manual Payment is selected then click on submit
- It will show CFMS Transaction ID, Total amount, Bank Reference No., Bank Status
- Click on Print
- It will generate Challan Reference Form and take print out of the same and pay the amount in SBI.
Note: Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts and Bankers Cheques will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
How to Apply for AP 10th Revaluation and Recounting Process?
Time needed: 10 minutes

The candidate has to submit his/ her application duly forwarded by the Headmaster of the school concerned duly getting the photo attested.

The prescribed fee for “Reverification” each subject is ₹1000/- and for “Recounting” fee is ₹500/- each subject.

The application should be submitted directly at Counters Constituted at designated points to be announced by the District Educational Officers concerned at District Headquarters

Need not apply for Recounting of marks, if applied for supply of Photostat copy of valued answer script.
- The provision of Re-verification includes the following:
Re-Counting the marks awarded
Verifying whether the marks are awarded to all the written answers or not.
Valuation of the Written Answers for which the marks are not awarded earlier.
“Re-Verification” does not refer to “Re-Correction” and the appeals for re-correction of the answer scripts or certain answers shall not be considered. -
Candidates need not to send physical application for re-verification of answer scripts to the O/o Director of Government Examinations, Vijayawada.

Enclose Xerox copy of Hall Ticket, Dummy Memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.

The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.

The Xerox copy of the valued answer script will be sent to the candidate after re-verification

Enclose One Self-addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) and another cover of 10 X 4 ½ with the address of the Head master concerned without affixing postal stamps.

The e-Payment/ Manual Payment through Challan Reference form have to be paid by the individual candidate only and group e-Payment/ Manual Payment through Challan Reference form will not be accepted.
